New format seems more like a lady's magazine. Fewer articles give me the "I'd like to build that" feeling. Miss the spine binding. Real deal breaker is moving to digital format for too many of the issues. Feels like part of my subscription has been stolen. :(

Love Handyman
I have been a subscriber for years and enjoy Handyman. I am disappointed that the magazine content has shrunk along with receiving only 8 issues per year. I will take this year to see if it is worth it for next year...If no improvment it may be time to move on

I've received two magazines thus far, and I'm very pleased with the great articles and the helpful information they provide. I ordered it for my husband (although he doesn't want to be our handyman) and I've found the magazine very helpful. I even forwarded a copy of the Paint, Stain * Finish Anything issue to my daughter, as she wants to refinish their tub/wall, and instructions on how to properly do that are included in this mag. I'm so glad I signed up for it!
Lackluster
Unfortunately, this periodical only has a small amount of useful information. The rest seems to be full of ads. I expected sections for how-to projects with photos.
