I have subscribed to the magazine from the beginning and assume that my income has not kept up with the increasingly expensive nature of the articles and the furniture & accessories featured. There is some sadness in seeing that HGTV magazine is no longer for people of my income level. Yet, I continue to subscribe...

This used to be my absolute favorite magazine. The styles in the magazine were more traditional and had some fun pops of interesting different decor. I feel that it is now very modern style oriented. More mid-century. I didn't like that style the first time around, and feel that this magazine doesn't appeal as much to me any more. For those of you who like mid-century modern, I'm sure you are extremely happy. Enjoy!
