I have had problems with Discount cigarettes mall, they have always came through. Not a lot they can do when the shipping post office doesn't ship the product, and than there's the USPS that returns the product. The website has came through, just have to be patient. In 7 years they have never cheated me out of product or money. Yes, they do have a communication problem, but I found out they are short handed. I have and I will continue to order from them as long as the continue to take credit cards.

Nov 3rd, 2015 - I ordered some cigarettes in Sept 1,2015. I still haven't gotten them. I've sent them email, sent them two or three "support tickets" (via their website), and have tried repeatedly to get a response from them using their "online live help" (but, they will never respoind). They never answer their phone.

Basically, I think they've just taken my money, and don't seem to have any intention of sending my order.

Delivery time, prices and customer support. After I made few orders I received discounts for my future orders what is nice bonus for me. Recommended for experienced smokers.

Nice and cheap online store. I searched all web for store like that and thanks god I found it. I ordered Camel Blues and I was surprised by the price. Here in Boston one pack costs 5$ or more, but on this site I could purchase 10 packs (1 carton) per $19.40. Thank you for great prices and great support

I slammed these guys on my 1st order. It took almost 9 weeks to get the goods. Then I started ordering dirt cheap non-filter nistru, leana, astra, 6 cartons at a time. For the past 2 years I have had decent turn-around times (1 month) or so. Then U.S. customs forced U.S. P.S. To return the product to Chisinau, moldova. Now they attempt to disguise it by hand writing in a private residence return address. Through it all, good and bad, they refunded my funds if the product hits the customs wall. Not a rip-off company, just under staffed and at times inept. You will ultimately save bookoo bucks buying here. Just be prepared for aggravation and long waiting times. So far I have placed 30 orders at 6 cartons each order. I received 29 orders some with long wait times. The 1 order that customs sent back to moldova, they refunded 100% of my payment. So it is not a rip-off, just marginal service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM The first couple times I had no problems the third time they said it got stuck and reshipped no problem. This last time I ordered on March 19 and the order was suppose to have shipped on the 25 when it didn't arrive by the end of april they said they could not track it (they were able to track the first time I had aproblem) and would ship me another order. I am still waiting and it is now May 29. I would not even give them on star but it won't let me post without it

If you like to be left hanging, wondering what's going on with your order, you're in luck. When one dismantled carton arrives from Moldova in a paper envelope with the corner ripped and a pack exposed of 6, even the mailman says the others were likely stolen. The reorder came faster but the coughing had begun. We got through those skanks and found a much better site. Cheap too! The smokes are German and first rate. The cough went right away. Probably shouldn't smoke.

Beware! The first time I placed an order from this company I ordered 3 cartons, and they arrived in the 2 weeks as promised. Was very impressed and excited to be saving so much money every month on cigarettes. My second order I placed for 6 cartons, and it has now been way over 2 months and still no cigarrettes as promised. I go weeks without a response to my emails, as they keep claiming they have technical problems. Finally promised to reship my order and waited another month with no more cigarettes and no responses to emails. Very frustrating. Today I got a response saying they were having technical difficulties again and that is why they couldn't respond, but that they would refund my money soon... Fingers crossed this is true. I have given up receiving the cigarettes, but really want my 200 dollars back.

I ordered on July 26 2010, I didn't receive any cigarettes, However I did receive false promises that I would receive them shortly. Finally towards the end of August I said I still have not received anything so they offered a reshipping of my order so I accepted. I waited for almost another month and finally received 1 carton out of the 6 I ordered. I emailed them and they assured me I will receive them 1 by 1 but I never did. And after the 60 day mark they quit replying to any of my emails. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. Because in over 2 months I received 1 carton out of 6 ordered. I just bought from buycigsnow.com and received my order within 8 days.
