Why only one star? Because this service charges you twice, charges real money—not credits—and then avoids taking real responsibility when it fails. I paid $77 USD and waited weeks for an unlock code. When I finally received it, the code did not work. Instead of issuing a proper refund, they credited my account with $77 in store credit—credit I will never use. That is not a refund. Anything that fails to provide a genuine monetary refund after not delivering the promised service is, in my opinion, deceptive and should be avoided. Here's how the pricing works: First, they charge $25 for a "non-refundable eligibility check", which is useless in most cases and appears to exist solely to make you pay twice. Then they charge another $53 for the actual unlock procedure. When the unlock failed, I did not get my money back—only internal credit. To receive an actual refund, you're told you must purchase a premium service instead of the standard one. That is unacceptable. Any legitimate business would refund the money when they fail to provide the service. This approach is misleading, intentionally confusing, and unfair to customers. I strongly recommend staying away from this service.
