Be very aware if using this company as you may inadvertently sign up to their annual membership. Also Pay Pal and Amex refused to refund cash.

This company operates in a very dishonest and trustworthy way. I would strongly urge people to avoid using it and seek to use a more reputable, reliable and transparent retailer or outlet.

SCAM ALERT! Need to stay away from purchasing anything from this site! They will charge your card 699AED even if you did not authorize it and they sneakily do it behind your back months later. They are a scam site.

I spent £30 on some American candy. However, hidden in the agreement (apparently) is a statement that they are going to take £179 from your account. This happens without you knowing it and the company won't refund you as they claim you agreed to it, which I didn't. To make matters worse, you are signed up for an annual renewal of this payment so if you don't cancel that as well you will be billed this sum every year. My recommendation: do not buy from this site. You will be ripped off.

Dear Customers i bought a product from Desertcart application. With a trick they charged me 699 aed for an annual PRO membership which i didn't request definitely. When i contacted with customer service they said that it is the policy. I see from the reviews now that there are many customers like that. It is an online marketing trick. They are just showing pages of policies to all these VICTIMS. ALTHOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN MANY COMPLAINTS THEY DONT CHANGE THIS ACTION SO WHICH MEANS THAT THEY ARE HAPPY FOR THIS ACTION. Never use this application Never!

This website is a joke, after purchasing a Nike bag they signed me up for a years membership and took £179.00 without me ever agreeing to this and when I tried to get a refund they flatly refused to cooperate and just kept saying they were unable to refund, complained to Paypal and am waiting for their response.

This is a scamming website. They sign you up for a £179 subscription without your knowledge and won't give you a refund.

This company is a scam, first my order was delivered only half the quantity then they charged me for annual subscription of £192 which I did not signed up for and now they wont refund my money. No where in order journey their was any mention of subscription or £192 non refundable subscription charges. I contacted them and they wont refund even part of the money. Any legitimate company will refund at least part of it if customer contacted them to cancel. I searched online and their are similar complaint about this company. This company is a scam based in UAE and they should be banned from trading in UK

DO NOT USE DESERTCART if you want to receive what you buy. When your shipment fails to arrive, they will tell YOU that it is YOUR problem and make you spend hours working with DHL to find the shipment. In my case, I was told I was required to have an import license by customs to receive my small order. Desertcart offered NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT... would NOT credit my account in spite of me NEVER receiving my goods. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY and won't support you when they screw up. I wasted 6.5 hours trying to receive a product I never got... spoke to their "customer service" people 4 times with them telling me they could not help me receive my product and would not give me a refund. BAD COMPANY.

On January 14th I bought 4 spy cameras and 5 Samsung SD carts from a United Arab Emirates website called Dessert Cart. All together the stuff cost me 216.00, but while the 5 micro SD carts worked, the Spy cameras I bought didn't have a functioning scan code needed to activate them costing me 135.04 dollars for all four cameras that won't work.

I've attempted to ask for a refund for the spy cameras, but sadly, the website insisted on having someone pick up the things personally. I waited weeks and to no avail. It's been over 2 months since I bought these things and no one has come to pick them up. In fact had ask for a transaction dispute on February 25th and temporarily I got my money back. Now on March 20th I my refund has been reverse and I now owe 135.04 dollars despite evidence that no one is coming to pick these things up.
