I ordered my food at 8pm. Called at 9pm and was given the run around. At 10pm I called back and asked them to cancel my order that I was going to bed. I was told they could not cancel. I told them I never received my food and to not charge my card and was spoken to very inappropriately. I not only did not get my food until the next morning when I woke up, they charged me full price.
Horrible customer service! I spoke to someone because my pick up order wasn't confirmed. When I called it was confirmed and the restaurant said it was ready in the same 5 mins! I still was 45 mins away (I chose to pick up an hour from my order). They said it was for ASAP however the confirmation page I sent also said for 45 mins later! They didn't accept this EVEN with my screenshot and didn't do ANYTHING about the fact my food was going to be cold
Fraud fraud fraud took my moms chemo money for someone else now won't refund the money. Liters and scammers
If you like Hair in your good then this is the place to order your food. When I received the order their were no condiments and no napkins which were asked in the special instructions so I guess my driver does not know how to read. When I first ordered it said 25 min then it turned into 50 minutes the food was not worth the price the driver was rude and the dessert the should of been wrapped was just hanging out in the bag the fries I paid four dollars for were cold ice cold so I wish I could give this zero stars not worth your time
Very Bad serves and Big scammers Nasty customer servers, On there Web they say no server charge and I got $9 server charge on small order

Food never showed up. Hungry and MAD! When I called to find out where our food was, they said the restaurant closed for lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing as a restaurant who offers lunch specials, close for lunch? Very diasppointing.
Your company needs to work on its communication. I was notified via email that my order was cancelled (by you) 10 MINUTES prior to scheduled delivery. Nor was I provided the opportunity to arrange alternate pick-up for the meal as it was also cancelled at your level. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, we will no longer utilize your service or recommend your company to anyone.
The last two times I've ordered pickup through Delivery.com, their site said your order will be ready in about 15 minutes. Tonight, my order wasn't ready for 45 minutes. 30 minutes of standing around at the restaurant. So, tonight I decided to call the Delivery.com 800 number on the order confirmation. The service rep took my name and order number and said he'd call me back. That was 40 minutes ago. I know I'll never hear fom them.
Ordered food for pickup 5/15/21 Saturday $25.79. Called within 5 minutes of order to cancel and was accepted. Reordered delivery from Ubereats for a lower price. Within minutes delivery.com debited money from account. When I called delivery.com *******191 a rude and unsavvy female hung up on me. No wonder Yelp/Uber Eats and Grubhub are much better apps.

If you see this company's name on a delivery order do not place it. You won't get your food and they'll make up every excuse in the book about how it isn't their fault. Scan artists.
Took my money, took my order, but failed to let me know after 1.5 hours that "it's not their fault, they had no drivers". Wow. Good business model.
Took 3 hours for my food to arrive, it came cold, the sauce was just all over the bag. Leaked all over EVERYTHING! It was ice cold, tasted like total garbage. These people will NEVER refund a single purchase! I wasted $60 dollars for these people to say things are dealt with in a 48 hour window. After not answering that, I'm told "Unfortunately we can still only give you a $10 credit to your profile."... Even after stating several times I had instantly wished to delete the profile and pretend this "service" never existed. Never EVER use delivery.com! This place needs a million angry negative stars!
This is an awful and highly unprofessional company. I did not receive my correct order that was an 20 mins late passed the delivery time. I called to check on my order and I was told by customer service worker thah it was on it's way and to call back if anything was wrong with it since it was already late. My delivery driver did not have a mask on and sent tracking messages that was untrue. A message said he was "around the corner" and to "get ready" and I still didn't recieve my food until 15 mins later. When I checked my food my order was incorrect. I had a sandwich I couldn't eat and paid for a large side item and got a regular size. When I called the customer service line I was held on the line for 30 mins, during which I was laughed at by the worker, and was told I never paid for an additional side order. I asked to be escalated and to speak with a supervisor and he was unable to get me connected. He attempted twice and came back to tell me I would get a refund for my item. Which is what I had called for and explained over and over again, only to have wasted 30 mins on the phone and still not be able to eat my food. I feel disrespected, hungry, and HIGHLY upset at how I was treated. Will NOT be using delivery.com. I made sure to refuse a credit because $10 would've only paid for the delivery fees and FORCED tip. Wow
Waited an hour and 20 minutes. We got a TEXT message saying our order was canceled, because they changed delivery drivers and the one they passed it off to was to far away. Regardless of the excuse we were never. They claimed the restaurant was supposed to contact us. Please use another service.
D.com messed up my order, had decent results previously and now I'm waiting to hear back on a possible refund... This is so annoying, now I'm out $35 and the food isn't what I ordered. Not using this service again!
We are not sure how delivery.com popped up on our computer screen. We assumed it was a delivery service approved by the restaurant with which we placed our order because we thought we were on the restaurant website. We charged our meal and it was almost $100. We called the restaurant when the food had not yet arrived 40 minutes after the time we requested delivery. The restaurant had no record of us as purchasers. The restaurant said someone had come into the restaurant and ordered our selections and swiped a card under the name of Del Pic and the cost was approx $56. So we ended up paying almost double what the restaurant received. I give delivery.com a zero if the software will allow it otherwise a one.
Seriously the driver actually lied saying "for sure dropped off our order at our house"... they 100% never showed up! We called they said they would "escalate the matter and a manager would call in 24 hours" I feel scammed I CANT BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY LIED
The advertised delivery time was 45-60min. As soon as I placed the order, it was pushed to 90min and then 105min. I tried to chat with a representative, but they ended the conversation before anything could be resolved or before I could provide another response to what they had said. I understand that services like this can be busy, but then just advertise an accurate and honest delivery estimate BEFORE a customer places an order. I then called and spoke with someone, so I could just cancel the order. She had me on hold for 10min before telling me that the food was already prepared and so the order couldn't be cancelled. When this happened, my delivery time was still 45min away, meaning that food is just sitting there under the lights. This is the second time I've had an issue with delivery times being highly inaccurate by this company. I will NEVER order from this service again. It is not worth your time or money to wait around all evening hungry for food that may arrive stale or cold multiple hours after you order it. I'm still waiting on my food as I type this...
Answer: They are just incompetent and greedy. They are a company with bad people who can't find addresses, customer service guys who do not understand customer service and they depend on third parties to conduct their business.
