Bought ender 5 max, arrived in non working condition with braked head and other stuff.
Contacted a support, and waited for answer for a week, contacted again, they started answering with some weird stuff like send that take pictures, took more then else 1 week. They sayed something they dont know what parts they should send, then i asked to send it back, on what they sayed oh see its already passed 2 weeks and you cant send it back.
So they not want fix it under warranty and not want accept back.
Clap mine hands to creality.
Its garbadge without any support or possibility to use. I made same miatake 5 years ago and now again, china quality is china quality. Avoid if you care your money and time.
