Excellent quality
Of the three grades of material I ordered the cheapest one because it was the only one available in white (important to me). Even so, it feels and looks very sturdy and weather resistant. Fit is loose but that's what I wanted. Great purchase experience and fast delivery (from India). Overall, surprised in a good way.
An excellent product and service
My covers fit like gloves and are very sturdy! I live in Canada: winter can be -35 degrees or +30 degrees C! This product seems up to the task!

Material quality was not as expected
I purchase my first cover about 5 years ago. I was very happy with the quality of the cover. I purchased the second cover, which was about 50% more cost but the quality was noticeably lower.

Firewood cover
My order took much longer than I was told originally. I think it was 10 days after I got an email that it shipped and I hadn't received it I contacted you about it. However, once I contacted you, things started happening. I'd already sent measurements and a picture so that was double checked and my order was processed. I received it promptly this time and it's very nice and well made. My husband is very happy with it. The zippers are especially nice.
