My product was MIA( vendor has assumed my product was delivered and was not and
I had received no delivery tracking info from delivery company at this time)and the vendor asked for feedback on the survey, so I replied that I hadn't received the product and within 2hrs of posting my rating/ feedback I had an email from ARTI, a brand associate stating he would follow up on my order and see where or what the issue was. He sent me on the tracking details related to my item and it was delivered 12 hrs later. Fantastic customer service, a big thank you to ARTI for following up and getting my problem resolved on my behalf.
Everything went smooth as butter, will order one for my newly bought used Q300 soon.
