Quick on order, shipping and good quality, but…
The order process is very busy and confusing. I focused too much on the measurements and did not pay attention to the color I wanted to order, which was black. Instead I ordered a great looking sky blue. I recommend, and so does my wife, to have someone else review the order before sending. My mistake though.
Porch swing cover
They were very communicative during the process. Many emails back and fourth for measurements. I recieved the cover and it was 4 inches short on one side. I contacted them and haven't heard anything back. It's literally been crickets. The cover is amazing overall so if they get your dimensions right it will be awesome. I'm making this one work. It's super tight and kind of awkward looking but I can't just order another one and this company isn; t responding. The lack of communication after I recieved my cover is the reason for 3 stars. No customer Care

This cover all my swing and swing components (pillows, throws)… just as promise to fit with correct measurements.

I have a 6ft swing bed with rope attachments from The Porch Swing Company, and their custom covers were prohibitively expensive, so I decided to take a chance at Covers & Al. L I was so worried about accommodations for the ropes, but everything fit so perfectly, and the cover is beautiful. In addition to entering exact dimensions they requested, I also uploaded the spec sheet from the swing company, and I gave a picture of the swing. I received my covers in less than 2 weeks, right in time for a torrential downpour! Love this cover… it's so pretty!
Great Quality, easy process
This is the second custom cover we have bought from Covers & All. The order process was easy and the final product is exactly as I wanted. I ordered the heavy duty cover as we are in Wyoming and the weather can be rough. Our first cover I ordered 2 years ago and it's held up better than any of the other expensive covers I bought.

OK swing cover
The material seems like it will hold up well, but I was surprised this cover didn't cover the bottom of the swing. It barely covered the exposed arm supports. Hopefully there won't be much splash up from the patio under the swing.
