Custom pool cover
Great product. Had it installed and all parts were good.
Pastor of The Word Church & Restaration Ctr.
The cover is what we needed for our baptisim pool.
Quality cover
Good quality material and well packaged. Installation was time consuming but well worth it. Instructions for the anker holes was not correct. Hole would have been way too big if I would have used the recommended size. Once installed cover is nice and tight. Fully adjustable using the straps and springs and breaker bar. Hopefully this will last for long time for the price. We shall see once the leaves start falling and adding weight on the cover.
Great looking cover and easy installation
We bought this cover for our neighborhood kid pool. This cover is well made and installation was pretty easy.
Bad transaction made right
I recently posted a 1 star review. My order was stuck at the FedEx terminal over a week when I finally reached out to get a status. I was told it would be followed up on. No response. Long story short after many emails and phone calls they did rectify the problem. Only after threats of reporting the company to consumer affairs. They issued a 50% credit and finally after nearly 3 weeks the cover was delivered. This company is based out of India causing communication to lag 24 hrs each time we corresponded. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, but at first they tried to offer nearly nothing for the inconvenience and extra cost now that I have to hire a company to install the pool cover. I can't comment to the quality of the product, due to it arriving after I left my primary residence. So a 3 star is a fair review based on my experience with the company.
