Great Fit
It took few iterations to nail down the exact dimensions due to the shape and size of our outdoor chairs. However, we final settled on what I hoped would be a good fit. When the covers arrived they fit perfectly. The quality of the material and workmanship is superb. Good Job!
Does the job
Although there was a problem with the delivery tracking and a mix up on delivery time, the product is better than expected. I bought them to protect new chairs from a scratch crazy cat and he hasn't scratched once since we put them on. I highly recommend the product and will be purchasing one for my couch!

Fantastic covers
I couldn't find the correct size for my garden chairs so I contacted customer services and sent a picture plus measurements. The person I exchanged emails with was extremely helpful and the covers arrived really quickly - they are a perfect fit and very high quality. I have bought covers from covers and all before and highly recommend them.

The covers turned out better than expected, the material is more like vinyl and should hold up nicely. The team is excellent in their communication of design options and work with you to get what you want. Will definitely order more in the future
Horrible customer service
I ordered two covers that were not custom made. They would not let me return them, but asked me to take pictures of how they didn't fit. I did that and sent them to the appropriate department. I never heard back regarding my credit or refund or replacement.
I've ordered several things from this company and never had a problem before. Now, I will not order again.

We have not yet used the two custom chair covers however the quality of the materials are extraordinary. We've already used the cover for our sofa and it's the same quality and workmanship. The quality is great. We picked a design that was close to what our chairs looked like, but not exactly. The covers fit the chairs perfectly. The covers are very strong and will keep our furniture looking great for years.
