Great product
Product is great, however on the scheduled delivery date it was still in India.
Well made custom covers
They arrived packaged well and fit our newer Polywood chair perfectly. Just experienced the 1st major snow storm dumping 11 inches of snow on the covers. Snow slides right off.

Sturdy and fits well. Since it came all the way from India in about 5 days, it delivered faster than expected also. Great experience.
Return policy poor
My issue with this purchase is not the product but with the company's return policy. The cover I purchased was too small for the chair purchased for. I have not had success returning item for a full return. Email responses have been scattered and my initial phone experience with customer service was a negative one. So I would grade customer service a zero. Beware of purchasing a cover, make sure your measurements are accurate because you'll be stuck with it.
