Chair covers
The order was received in a timely manner. The covers are very nice and of a high quality. They go on and off the furniture very easily. Heavy enough to withstand weather and wind.

I ordered two covers to see the fit before I ordered four more, and it was close, but not quite right

They did a great job. The customer support is very good and the process efficient. The custom covers seem to be performing well. Would recommend them and not hesitate to buy again.

Confusion
I sent in an order over the internet within minutes I discovered the measurements that were logged in were wrong. So I called in and gave the correct measurements they ever repeated them back to me then about 4 weeks later I called to see where my covers were and then I discovered that the wrong measurements were being used, and I could not change them, so they shipped the wrong size which are worthless to me and would not send me a return label. I then asked for my money back and I was told I could only have a store credit after 4 or 5 phone conversations they agreed to refund my money.
High back chair covers.
The backs of our chars are 42" high. Seat width and depth are an even 23". Seat heigh is 25" These are the dimensions we submitted. For two covers. The the material is a very high quality in term of thickness with bottom tying pull strings. The fit is perfect! Heartily recommend.
Great Quality Chair Covers
This is the second order that I have made with Covers & All. I am very happy with both orders. The designers worked with me on this order & sent me a mock-up with dimensions. We went back and forth and finalized the dimensions via email. The order was delivered quicker than anticipated. The quality & heavy duty materials were top notch. It fits slightly larger than I expected, but I understand why it was made that way. I am thoroughly satisfied with this order and will purchase from Covers & All again in the future.

Chair Cover for Unique Size
Our chairs are somewhat unique in size. The covers fit perfectly and did not move during a recent period of heavy wind. They appear to be well made but have only had them for about a week so too early to comment on long term durabioity.

I am in the process of working with Customer Service to get a correctly sized cover for the one different one. Required submitting a lot of videos and pictures, but am hopeful we will receive a new one soon.

This seems to be a quality product. The only problem is the fit. It is too tight and cannot be pulled over the chair. Please return item.
