Very clear directions and great response time
The measuring directions were easy to follow and the response, once I placed my order, was very quick. I was asked to provide a few more details and then my order was processed. It was amazingly fast considering they make them to order.

Great Quality - Heavy Duty
The custom-made Cover Max cover for my L- shaped sectional couch fits perfectly. It is well-constructed. The material is heavy duty and fully waterproof, capable of 4 season protection in here in PA. The 100-inch-long cover, when removed, is a bit bulky as a result of the heavy-duty material - but as expected.

Yes it covers, BUT
Large sectional at 155" x 95" is too heavy and unwieldly a cover to install with reasoable effort. I should have ordered 2 separate covers that when combined would cover my sectional. If I had done that, note my couch has separate pieces so I coud have created gaps to push the cover between sections. I also would have sized the cover to assume the back cushions are just rolled down on to the sitting cushions. Installing the cover usually knocks down the back cushions anyway and the cover then looks oversized.

By far the best fitting cover I have ever brought for our outdoor sofa. All the dimensions were double checked by the design team with high quality visual models sent through for approval.

Excellent quality. Heavyweight so doesn't blow away in the wind. Arrived quickly, despite being made to measure, it was here within a week. The covers bought from John Lewis were almost as expensive and terribly flimsy. Would strongly recommend covers and all!

This is the perfect cover! Another standard cover I bought was hanging on the ground and drooping all over, resulting in pools of standing water after rainstorms. With this custom cover in heavy duty material, I have no standing water and hail storms are not harming my furniture. Delivery was very quick for a custom item, and communication with the team as they made it was very clear.

Haven't had a chance to get down to the boat and cover my seats yet but the order was prompt and the design team worked with me to get all the dimensions that I needed for a good fit. Am looking forward to much use from this cover to protect my boat furniture
