The communication with the design team was absolutely wonderful, we got exactly what we wanted. We picked the extra durable material because we live in Canada with some harsh winters. After waiting some time due to measurement double checking, this company performed a feat of immeasurable excellence. The product fits perfectly and the grommets at the bottom aren't even needed. I will definitely be submitting more work to this firm should the need arise for heavy duty outdoor quality multi-weather capable covers. There is no doubt in my mind that this firm performed and created a fantastic product for our outdoor fireplace. We will NEVER again use cheap plastic tarps to cover outdoor items and will have this company fabricate what we need. The cost was exceedingly reasonable and delivery time was as expected. I have no doubt that longevity is a key bonus of this heavy vinyl product... even though we are in Illinois and winter is coming.
