Too large for normal household faucets. Does not tighten up.
Waste of Money
Save your money - I don't know how large they think residential outdoor faucets are, but these covers are huge and are difficult to close around the faucets due, to the awkward draw string. One gust of wind and these covers will be gone. I had the same problem with their cushion covers... huge covers with their over-compensation on the exact fitting of the covers against my cushion measurements. Will not order from this company again!

I order a custom-sized balcony couch cover from Germany. I communicated with them many times to adjust the measurements carefully. Although I revised the size many times, they updated the measurements every time and waited for me to fully confirm it. The production was very fast (~a week). Shipping was FedEx with tracking number. The product was absolutely perfect. I am so happy not only because I get my cover, but also because I could see someone's very professional work. Thank you very much.
Solar Shade Size Limitation
I have ordered from Covers and All on three occasion. Two grill covers and recently a solar shade. Prior to the solar shade I was very satisfied. The issue I had with the solar shade is it came with a seam in the unit because I had ordered it wider than 125". The fit and material for this shade is great and I am very satisfied but very dissatisfied that I was not informed about this size limit before placing my order.: confused:

New cushion covers
Items arrived today and i must say how impressed we are with the quality of the finished product. Delivery took a little longer than expected but in the end it was worth the wait.
Bad bad bad
Finally received my custom outdoor "cushion covers". After over a month waiting I received my order which was still wrong (these are shipping from India). The outdoor cushion covers feel like suitcase material. Terrible quality. I'm going to have to throw them away. Hoping i can get my money back.

Wow! Best Value and Quality Possible
I ordered covers for my patio set--chairs, ottomans and loveseat. My cushions are large and hard to fit -- nothing was available -- needed custom. I cant believe how nice these are with piping and absolutely perfect sewing. They fit my custom sized cushions perfectly. The quality is the highest, and the fabric is absolutely waterproof, but the best feature of all is the quality of the zippers and the way they are installed. I have never seen a better zipper, or a better sewn zipper on anything. This company is the best and I highly recommend ordering from them.
Terrible Customer Service!
Terrible customer service! I requested a quote over a week ago and after multiple follow ups I still have not received the quote. Every time the timeframe I was due to receive my quote had passed I followed up and was given the same canned response and false testament. After multiple follow ups through the week and still no quote it was evident that my business was not wanted, very disappointing.
Just a horrible company to work with
Their offer on their ad that pops up shows 20% Off and Free Shipping*. Yes, they put an asterisk there but you scroll down and there is no reference to the asterisk. So then they charge you shipping if your order is under $99. They do let you complain to a call center in India and then they will write you more emails with links to their policy. But the fact remains that it is basically a bait and switch and you don't know about not getting Free Shipping until you are well into the process. I would never buy anything from a company that either doesn't understand that you have to show what the asterisk means, or you fix your site and give that particular customer, me, the free shipping. But they just keep replying with poorly written emails and a complete lack of understanding.

My order was supposed to arrive on the 30/04/2021. Today is now the 02/05 and I still haven't received. I tried to call many times, the machine keep me on a endless queue, after 20mim I gave up. I also sent emails and no reply yet from them. I don't recommend this company, stay away from them. Hopefully one day I'll get the covers I paid for...
Smelly, heavy, plastic... buy a tarp and save your money!
I just received my custom L shaped cover and this cover is NOT what was described on your website. This cover is extremely heavy and is literally a heavy, smelly plastic. I tried to put it on my large L shaped sectional and it is impossible to get on by myself due to the weight of the cover. It smells, and I am afraid it is going to damage my sectional, or leave it smelling, once the beating sun hits it. In fact, I think it may stick to my furniture and cause damage to it. I was actually very excited to receive the cover, and purchased from your website which stated you are located in GA. As I started to follow the cover, it appears, it was made in India?!? This cover is NOT what I believed I was ordering and would like assistance in this matter.
This company is misleading, the product is inferior, it is NOT made in the USA, and the quality is heavy, smelly, low quality, junk! I would like some sort of resolution in this matter. Perhaps you would like to send me a cover that doesn't weigh 50 pounds, isn't made of hazardous material, and can safely be used on my sectional?
Very pleased wit them
I ordered cushion covers for my patio set, my old ones started to rip after 10 years. I measured them all about a million times ;) I was so pleased that they all fit great! Very thick material, nice colour. The only problem is that I made a mistake with the zipper... I ordered it on the wrong side, so part of it shows on each cushion. Not a huge deal, but lesson learned for my next order.
No response. No refund. No item.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been fighting for 7 months to get a refund for something that was never made and never delivered. I ordered 4 things. The one that cost the most I haven't gotten. I have emailed, called, online chatted with more than a dozen people with this company and not a single one of them has helped me or ensured I received my refund. They keep stonewalling.
We are in the kiddie of a pandemic and this company is taking money from people and not returning it. What a scam!
Customer service is way below expectation
Every item is custom. If you think their pre packaged information is correct, you are wrong, it is your responsibility to get it right, not theirs. The website clearly states a cover for a Weber Spirit grill is 54.68. Upon further investigation, their numbers are wrong on the Weber and they want $109. So for finding an error in their website, they want to charge me an additional $55. And they have not corrected the error. On hold for 20+ minutes so they can tell me that it's a custom website and the cover sizes can be changed. I don't want to change it, you said it's a Weber spirit cover and that's all I want. He has made this my problem. I just don't understand the lack of customer service. I would recommend the covers for their quality (I have another one that I did custom design) but I would not recommend the company for their lack of caring for a return customer. It's a sad state we are in these days when it comes to customer service, I would NEVER treat a customer of my business like this and I deal with issues daily.
