I see a small flaw in the design. It is how the bottom velcro closure fits onto the back panel. The flap part should be on the inside of the back cover. Not outside. This would prevent rain from running down and inside of the cover behind the tv. I leave the side zippers slightly open to allow the water to escape and not build up.
