Custom made cover
We bought my mum a new bench seat and all the standard covers were either too wide or not long enough as the seat back was quite high. We have used this company for our own garden furniture so turned to them again to purchase this cover. It arrived promptly and is now in situ fitting the seat perfectly. The quality is excellent and the website is easy to use. Overall we are once again very pleased.
Lost order
Says the product was shipped but fedex shows it's just sitting 1000 miles away no longer en route to me. Way past expected delivery date.

This was my first time ordering from Covers & all. Good quality cover. I was very impressed with their service. This cover was a little more tricky than the other 2 that I had made. The designer was very patient with me and kept confirming the measurements. The cover fit perfectly.

A perfect fit!
Living in New England, we wanted to be sure we invested in a sturdy cover that wouldn't leave any room for damage to our bench. We ordered a custom tuff cover, and the dimensions were perfect! For best results, use the dimensions on your product's webpage - next time, I'd maybe add 1" extra in height and depth just for some wiggle room, but overall very happy with our purchase and the results!

Perfect fit and great color
I wanted to order a lighter color but decided to order the brown. I am glad I did. It blends in well with my yard and the other furniture I have on my deck. I have ordered from Covers & All before and I highly recommend them.

We have ordered custom covers for our deck furniture and now for our custom cornhole sets. They have all been perfect and delivered within a reasonable amount of time. We will use Covers&All again!
Product good, service poor
The cover gets 4 stars, service 1 star. I was advised a delivery date which was too late. I contacted and paid extra for an earlier delivery. I then received an email to say the delivery date had gone back to the original unacceptable date. A long very unhelpful phone call ensued. I asked to speak to a more senior person who had authority to help. I was promised a call back within an hour. I was not called. I bought an off the shelf (not really suitable) cover locally, as I needed a cover for my holiday. Then the cover I had ordered arrived att the earlier date I had paid for! If they had told me it was shipping I could have saved myself the cost of the cover I bought! Like I say cover good, customer relations not good.
Garden Bench Cover
I've previously purchased a cover from Covers & all for a gas lit fire pit some 5 years ago and it was absolutely perfect and still is, hence it was a no brainer to purchase another cover for a garden bench that has been passed down the family; ensuring its preservation for years to come is paramount to us and the quality of the cover and the sizing is absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend Covers & all to anyone in need of a protection cover as opposed to just purchasing an off the shelf product. Reasonably priced in my opinion and therefore great value for money; wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Covers & all if I needed a new cover for something else.
