Great quality, just what I wanted
We have gone through several covers of marginal quality from other companies, but this one looks like it was made to last. Very happy with the product.
Well worth the money.
This is my 5th purchase from covers and all, only one issue and it was resolved straight away. I will be ordering again soon.
Large ottoman cover
Couldn't get the same cover material or color and it was a bit larger than needed due to the unique leg design of the ottoman. Drawstrings though the over size allows for tucking the cover under the legs and the wind doesn't catch the fabric to create a parachute effect. Works well.

I have used this company in the past and with the custom covers I sent in measurements always added extra long or wide because I didn't want it to be not tight or fit well don't mind paying extra for the material and they always came perfect this time I gave measurements and was contacted several times to give a lot of extra measurements had a bad feeling they were cutting it too close but was busy gave them the measurements they asked for I also asked for it to cover coffee table. I got the cover very tight doesn't fit the contours of the couches as they were trying to do and doesn't cover my coffee table at all and the only thing that saved me was I paid extra for a zipper!
Excellent result
Needed a cover for the winter for an outdoor oval teak table. Submitted the requested measurements and a photo of the table. A few days later a request came to verify a couple additional measurements. I supplied those and a few weeks later the cover arrived. Perfect fit. Really impressed with the process and very pleased with the product.
Will use them again for an outdoor sectional from Restoration Hardware who want WAY too much $$ for the matching cover.

The cover was well made and to the correct dimensions. However, it was not clear from the website that the manufacturer was in the USA. After my order there was a reply requesting that I check my dimensions. I replied with a small change to one dimension and this was acknowledged. After a further month of waiting, I hastened the delivery and was told that the order was on hold waiting for a "go-ahead" instruction from me. I had missed or not received this "start" request email, so was unaware that the order was on hold. Therefore, it would be helpful if one or more hasteners were sent if no reply was received within a week or so. This might avoid unnecessary delays. Overall, a good product.

Great fit, quality of material and assembly but the drawstrings don't let you tighten very much at all.
These people are NOT located in the USA!
Ordered 8 covers in early April and was given numerous delivery dates. Their website says that they are based in Georgia, USA?! NOT! India via China, took 6 weeks longer than they said and instead of being honest they kept emailing me asking for a better vector file of our logo. This was a stalling tactic. Honesty is better than a lie! Quality is ok but I will NEVER order another cover from them!
