The online order process was a breeze. The company used my measurements and photos to make a perfect cover. Shipping was quick, quality is great. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Wrong size
I received the wrong size according to the measurements I sent. When addressing the problem with the company? They basically washed me off saying that it was my fault because the data I entered was incorrect. 100$ lost 😞….
Perfect fit
Ordered 11 custom replacement covers for our patio furniture. Customer service was excellent - forwarding renditions with zipper location etc. They actually questioned a couple of my measurements preventing me from receiving incorrect covers. I would highly recommend this company. Price was excellent and material much better than original!

Fantastic Service
I needed a cover to replace a very tatty torn L shaped seat cushion. This company double checked my dimensions twice ( I had input them wrong.). They checked the indication I had put for my zip placement was right ( it wasn't) and because of their careful checks it was a perfect fit. It was all brilliant and I highly recommend them.
Also the fabric is really sturdy, the colour is great and they look fab. The old garden sofa now looks as good as new.

For the price these are amazing quality. I only wish I'd known to ask for piping around the edges so they match my subsequent order. A lot of tooing and frowing but got there in the end!

There was a problem with their online pricing system, that I was caught out in the brunt of it, having already paid for my order, and I was then requested to pay more. Which I refused to do, believing that the given price to be honoured. But it wasn't! I then cancelled the original order to start the process again. Overall, it took ages to resolve and to get my revised order having to pay slightly more, but not as much as what was being asked to pay on the original order...
