The bag will in no way fit a tree unless it's a thin pencil tree. Any tree bigger won't fit.
I have a Balsam Hill Flip Tree that did not have a bag. Covers and All made a bag that fit perfectly. They also made me unique chaise covers two years ago that are amazing!
Fabrics great. My tree doesn't even begin to fit.
I did all the measurements just like they showed. This cover is unusable. Almost $90 down the drain.
Zipper opens at the bottom. I wish I could pull the tree up from the top once it is enclosed.
Apparently my husband and I did not do something correct. The cover does not come close to closing. They want photos and what have yous. The 9ft tree is packed and already packed away. I kindly asked to return cover and receive refund. I have several emails with support basically faulting me. Saying I'm not providing them with what they ask. Awful costumer service! Awful!
Excellent workmanship and speed of delivery. They also worked closely woth me to make sore the product met my needs.
The bag doesn't attach to stand at the bottom and overall, its a very poorly made product.
Would be perfect if drawstring at bottom sinched up easier. Very easy to use otherwise and came quickly!
As long as you get the measurements correct this is an awesome product, very well made and fits perfectly. This is our solution to storing the tree without having to put it away. Thank you "Covers&all"
Arrived in timely manner, very good quality and easy to use.
Great Product, Good Value for cost, Excellent Communication, quick delivery. Would buy again.
Ordering was easy. Delivered on time. Fitted like a glove.
So please with my tree storage bag. Will certainly buy other covers soon.
After so much effort into putting the lights on the Christmas tree who wants to rip it all down at the end of the month? Now the cover fits perfectly around it, tree fully assembled and it's stowed away until next year.
I could not use it. The height was ok, but the width was too small to fit around the tree.
The bag that was specially made for Christmas fits perfectly and is exactly what we ordered. Well done the team from covers and all.
Very good strong
The bag was a little too small, we have a very thick tree and although the measurements were correct, it was a real struggle to get it in the bag. But the bag was good quality.
The cover fit perfect and the material is strong. So happy I don't have to take my Christmas tree apart anymore.
The Christmas tree covers we bought were fine... except they didn't fit. Beware, buyer. The site calls for CIRCUMFERENCE measurements instead of diameter for widest and narrowest girth of the tree. I assumed diameter because that's the only viable way to measure. No measuring tape would measure circumference without at least two people measuring, and the tape repeatedly kinking and going linear, and no sewing measuring tape is long enough to go around a tree with a 6' diameter (almost 20' circumference) girth. In other words, instead of calling for diameter, and the company doing the x 3.1416 math, the customer has to either do that or measure with two or more people wrestling a kinking tape, and the site doesn't call special attention to the circumference requirement. They noticed the mis-measurement as to the top girth (narrowest), and asked for photos of our two trees, which I sent. They paid no attention to the photos, because they both clearly showed that our two trees have normal proportions, and would be roughly 20' in circumference at the widest girth. The covers came, and would only have fit trees with a less-than-2' girth at the widest point. No such thing exists for 9'+ tall trees. I expected customer service to blame it all on me, which they did. Superficially yes, my fault. But at its foundation, they would have to share a little blame, too. But they wouldn't acknowledge that (which I predicted in my email to them about the problem), so, prospective buyer, be aware of my $200-ish loss, and go to the trouble of either measuring circumference or doing the x 3.1416 math conversion. Don't assume, like I did, that the girth measurement is the sensible diameter measurement. All that said, the covers were well made -- just absolutely useless. And don't expect viable help from their customer service.
