Great Product
Not being a furniture specialist, I didn't know the difference between a rocking chair and an Adirondack rocking chair. I had problems with measurements until customer service saved the day, or two. The end product was worth the trouble. Beautiful material and workmanship.
Great fit! Great covers!
Love these! Great fit and great stitching. I also love the ties for each chair leg, which help to keep the covers on during windy winter storms. And I was impressed when they contacted me to confirm some measurements and make sure I will have a good fit for my chairs. Highly recommend!

Fantastic quality
The quality if fantastic and I love them, the only reason I gave it a 4 rating is because I followed the drawling instructions for measurements, and they show measuring the bottom of the chair, but I should have given the measurements of the arms with because I have Pollywood chairs are my arms are 31 inches wide and the bottom was 23. The cover fits but is very tight and I am concerned it may rip. My advice is to add an 8th measurement of the arm width.
Getting it right
Covers & all want to get it right. There were numerous email communications back and forth, double and triple checking our measurements (because apparently our chairs were unusual in size). I appreciate that they took the time to ensure our covers would fit.

Got great customer service in designing custom covers for outdoor furniture. I opted for the most expensive material and it is certainly weatherproof and also looks like it will keep the squirrels from chewing up my cushions.

I got a set of painted chairs in the spring and decided I wanted to keep covered in the winter but they're huge so I needed custom covers. I have ordered from here in the past (couch, love seat, table set) and they've all been great so I returned to get these. They arrived pretty and fit great!
