Seams and material are strong and well done! They communicated very well so got one issue caught and it came perfect
Had my concerns, but unfounded
I was concerned to order a bespoke cover for a lot of money (£300 plus) from a web site that I didn't know and I couldn't work out of it was a UK site. Totally unfounded, they sent me numerous PDFs of the design by email and asked me to check sizes many times, this was initially a little annoying, but worth the effort the cover got delivered from India and it's perfect, very good quality, fits perfectly and does the job really well.
Great quality product
The communication was brilliant to check the measurements. Once confirmed it did take around 3 weeks to be received the overall process took about 5 weeks from start to finish. The quality and workmanship is really high. The covers fit perfectly. Well worth the wait.

I had a small issue with my cover that was an error on my behalf. I purchased the warranty and they resolved the issue immediately.

Company was very responsive during production, cover came exactly as I expected. I was concerned the recommended Max option wouldn't be robust enough but it is very thick, waterproofed and all needed to withstand winters here in NY. Satisfied customer

I had to customize my cover beyond the basic design of the U Shape (my couch had rounded interior corners instead of 90 degree corners). I included a picture of my actual couch with my order and the design team worked very well with me to adjust the measurements so the cover would fit my couch correctly. The finished product was sent to me with the correct configuration and fits my couch well.

I was a bit concerned as to whether the cover would fit as we have a non-symmetrical u-shaped garden sofa - but it fits really and is VERY strong and durable. Very heavy to put on and off but only due to its size.

Although it was initially a bumpy start with delays due to electronic communication glitches after the order was placed, I am a happy customer for several reasons. Firstly, the quality of the covers exceeded my expectations, and secondly all concerns were addressed speedily.
