Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed a significant 'fit' issue. It became apparent that the dimensions provided were not accurately factored into the product. It was impossible to fit over the rack - most likely because there was no leeway built into it (despite it being advertised on the website). I promptly reached out to their customer service representative, 'Richard,' detailing the problem and providing clear evidence, including photos and a video illustrating the tight fit and the discrepancy between the dimensions I provided and the actual measurements of the product received. Despite presenting irrefutable evidence of the issue, I was met with a disappointing 'not our fault' response. 'Richard' chose to ignore the evidence presented and failed to acknowledge my concerns. They went one further and informed Afterpay that i wasn't cooperating with them which was a complete lie, they obviously didn't think i'd see the message and tried to make it look as though 'they had tried' to resolve it. For all of you coming here looking for reviews, feel free to reach out directly to nishant, he seems to be in charge of the finance side of things. Nishant, if you read this I can remove your email once you refund me or provide me an option for a product that actually works. In the meantime, you can reach him here: [email protected] I've also submitted a complaint to ACCC and Consumer Affairs.
