Wrong SIZE
Terrible resolution process. Ordered four 20" pillow covers but revived 19" Covers. Sent multiple photos multiple times and am getting run around. Just want to return and get refunded in full but they will only give partial refund through a credit for future purchase. I would never recommend covers & all given this resolution. It should not take over a week with multiple calls and emails to get to a fair response.

Nice covers
The pillow covers were slightly large for my back cushions, but I have replaced the inners with some large bed pillows and they are really nice now. The quality of the fabric seems good and the finish is very neat, including the welting.

Wrong color shown for description
I recently ordered cushion as well as pillow covers. The pillow covers were supposed to be darker than the cushion covers. Which was shown in the pictures from the color I chose. When I received the product I immediately contacted the company and sent them a photo of what I had ordered. The company said they saw nothing wrong with what I received and refused to make it right. Now I have paid $107 for the wrong color pillow covers. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. If they mess up they will not make it right.
