Mostly Satisfied with CoverMax Lounge Chair Covers with Two Vent Reservations
Mostly satisfied with the custom dimensioned lounge chair covers. The CoverMax material is sufficiently light weight and flexible enough to allow for ease of handling when placing the cover on and off the sofa. The beige color is pleasing to the eye and adds order and neatness to the furniture ensemble. I was, however, a bit dissatisfied with the inability of the design and fabrication team to accommodate a desired trapezoidal shaped vent, settling instead on a rectangular shaped vent. In an age of space travel, quantum computing and artificial intelligence it would seem that fabricating a trapezoidal shaped vent into a patio furniture cover should not have been a bridge too far to cross. Additionally, the protective flap over the rectangular meshed vent barely provides sufficient protection to prevent water ingress during rain storms and will require monitoring over time to test its efficiency because of this fabrication deficiency. Otherwise, the covers so far seem to be performing well in both sun and rain, protecting the furniture from both elements as expected. However, water ingress will require monitoring over time as mentioned above and may require the addition of velcro strips to the flaps that cover the meshed vents to fix any such design failure found.

Terrible fit, sloppy and misshapen
I measured these chairs multiple times, and sent additional measurements as requested by the company. I also sent pictures of the chairs for visual confirmation. The fit of these covers to the chairs seems wonky at best. It appears as though two sides of the chair length are not quite consistent with the overall chair itself. Not sure what went wrong in the final cut and design? Cinch cords don't actually work well at all.

It Doesn't Fit
I have submitted documentation as instructed that shows this cover was incorrectly made to what i ordered. I am expecting a replacement cover that is correct to be sent to me.

Seriously Couldn't fault the service. Was so scared to order something I can't see and on line. Well the Quality was next level. Fitted perfect, and the colour and fabric is so thick and strong and easy to wipe off

Absolute disaster. DO NOT BUY!
This review is in 2 parts. First an order of 2 chair covers, arrived and perfect for the job. SO Ordered a table cover which didn't arrive. Contacted Customer Service who responded but WOULD NOT accept that the item never arrived! Endless emails with 'proof' of delivery which shows the WRONG address and signed for by P. PINK who is NOT me. I have chased and chased. FEDEX take no responsibility. COVERS AND ALL take no responsibility. They reply via the same bots with the same incorrect address 'confirming' that it was delivered. Endless emails from multiple 'names' all saying the same rubbish. Heaven forbid you have the same experience as you will be treated as dishonest in the fact that you dispute the idea that a mistake has happened at THEIR end and you will get no product, no refund and no satisfaction. They refuse to accept any responsibility and you will tie yourself in knots as they collude with the delivery company as they defraud you of your money. It's a real shame as the product is good but I cannot recommend as this whole palaver has been beyond tedious and shockingly poor that they think NOTHING of the customer. Ps I gave 1 star as you cannot leave none!
