The cover fits perfectly, however it did arrive with minor damage from shipping all the way from India. A box would have been better than thin plastic that suffered a tear.
Perfect size, although not fully covered
Very pleased with the quality of this bespoke cover for my outdoor heater. Length and height perfect fit. I was expecting the cover to completely enclose the heater, but it's still exposed at the back, which is the surface facing the weather. I should have been more specific with my requirements.

After a dozen back and forth communications with dozens of photos the finished product is a mess and cannot be used.

The bespoke patio heater cover I had ordered arrived 3 days late. When I called the Contact Centre on the agreed delivery date that I had agreed online, the customer service agent was unaware of the agreed data, did not apologise, and simply stated that it was on its way! When it did arrive, it turned out be have been made with a quality material which may last for some time. Unfortunately, it was manufactured too short too fit over the heater, and I therefore had to unstitch the seam at one end and cut the tension strap. I now have to use a makeshift velcro strap to keep it secured to the heater! If it had been made to the correct measurements, or the tension straps had been adjustable, I had planned to purchase a far more expensive (circa £300) cover for my new garden corner suite. I will not be doing so now.

Initially had issues trying to order the cover via the website due to applying insurance everytime I went to the payment section but finally managed to get it for the advertised price. Delivery was late, with the customer service team simply advising me that it's not their fault but the delivery company so, basically take it up with them! Once my order finally arrived, it's a great fit and really good quality!
Where is it
I have not received my purchase. Based on FedEx shipping, it's been sitting in Memphis, Tennessee for about 10 or 12 days. I cannot give a suitable review without receiving the product.

Good material but very tight fit
Plan for a little extra, was extremely difficult to put on. I had to modify the elastic to allow some extra stretch to pull over my heaters. Material quality is good

Custom Cover
I ordered a custom cover. Most folk use it to cover an outdoor heater. I ordered it to cover a backup battery on a patio. The cover was well made, quality materials and packaged well.

The material seems sturdy enough but I expected the cover to have either elastic or a draw cord to ensure a snug fit around the heater. There is only elastic on the 2 narrow ends which means there are gaps on the rest where rainwater, dust etc. can get in.
