Design center is overseas so it took a while to finalize the plans but the team is easy to work with and willing to customize the cover to your needs.

For something that doesn't fit very snug, you asked for way too many measurements.

The original questionnaire should be the only time you ask for measurements. I got asked and re-asked at least 20 times. Each time you sent me a mock up of the design, the measurements were different and incorrect. I ended up accepting 'near enough is good enough' so I could get the cover. In your original description you said it's a loose fit so why you asked 20 times to verify the measurements, I don't know.

The item that came was okay. I was offered different material because the material i wanted was out of stock. Not very happy with the material i received. Its like rubber. I Feel they should of upgraded me for free to the better material. Also the front shoul have been a bit longer to make up for the shelf in front. I am also concerned that the corner may rip over time due to the tightness.
