Very pleased with my custom bike cover
I was impressed with the customization of the cover for my spin bike that I am now keeping outdoors. The material is sturdy and the fit is just right. Extra effort was taken to ensure I provided the correct measurements.

The communication process was very thorough. Constant communication to ensure measurements were correct. My only disappointment was the drawstrings around the bottom. Don't draw in very much so the fabric tends to just drape down around the bottom of the bike

The team was reviewed my specifications and confirmed my measurements very quickly after initial order. Very helpful with final draft of cover and confirming the shape due to the custom nature of my cover. Cover fits perfect and looks great! It is being shipped from over seas and arrived a couple days after it was expected but it was worth the wait.

We needed to change dimensions but the customer team made that very easy. There is probably more allowance in measurements than is suggested on the website so we could have gone smaller, but it makes it easy to take on and off so no complaints

The cover fits perfectly and holds its shape over the bike- doesn't sag or flop - I'm pleased!
Not quite what I expected.
In light of the very specific measurements requested, I expected something that might fit the bike a little more sleekly; narrower in the back to cover the seat and wider in the front for the handlebars. What I received was basically a square cover.

Despite going back & forth 3 times on measuring this cover the one I received did not fully cover my stationary bike. The website reads that my measurements would be increased by 1 inch. However that was not true. For the money I spent I was disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this company.
