Material is not what I was expecting!
So I took a chance and ordered a tree and gift storage bag from this company well…… The tree bag is material I expected and looks well made but the gift bag well is not what I expected! It's a rubber material well made but a rubber material none the less! I reached out to discuss what I got from what I expected and I got a nice gal that helped file a "ticket". What a waist of time! Within hours I got a thank you but it is what I orders and it is not rubber but high quality material!?! I'm holding it and it's a rubber material! You can't mistake the smell of rubber! I waited a long tie for my order and when it arrived from china it was a disappointment with a company that didn't want to resolve…. Ok they resolved it in their favor :( But for what I paid I'll use it as an outside storage device! READ CAREFULLY CAUSE WHAT YOU GET MIGHT NOT BE WHAT YOU EXPECTED AND THERE WILL BE NO WAY TO REPLACE OR RESOLVE IT!
