My first custom order was in 2018. I have ordered a generator cover, big order for custom lawn furniture covers, oddly shaped grill cover, patio umbrella cover. Everything has been top quality and the customer experience has been smooth and consistent. I will keep coming back.

The cover fits perfectly. Covers and All asked a few questions prior to production to ensure the perfect fit was achieved for a bit of an odd shape cover. Very happy with the result.

The cover is way too big in the midsection with a lot of loose material and slack. Definitely is not a Custom and snug fit! I gave the exact measurements that was asked, followed with pictures and it still doesn't fit even close to what it's supposed to. Highly disappointed!

I wanted a cover for a Kettler patio heater. Kettler doesn't do a cover for this product. Thankfully I found this company, trusted the reviews and requested a solution to be made. The designer made clear and clever suggestions to design a cover based on exactly the protection I required. The result is a great fit, with quality material and strong zippers. I am really pleased with the effective and aesthetic cover. Brilliant service, competitive prices and so recommend with thanks!
Horrible company, wrong size sent, won't refund or admit their mistake
This is the second order we made. The first one was fine, the second was totally the wrong size and they won't refund or fix it. Lousy customer service, lousy company. Don't waste your money. Amazon sells covers that fit.

Terrible customer service from the customer, contact people and the design organization, who based on their accent I believe we're located in India for just three simple covers. It took 35 email exchanges to get them to get it right
