Feels like a cheap purchase
Products were decent and a good fit and does the job it's supposed to but for £250+ of product to arrive squashed into a grey mail bag covered in tape wasn't quite the buying experience it should be.

Fabric is excellent - sizing wasn't right
Hard wearing UV, wind and water resistant. Quality of stitching is excellent. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, partly my mistake and partly because the image requested dimensions which wasn't clear. I put the lower front height (to the top of the base of the day bed frame) when it needed to be to the top of the highest rail. In the end, I received a triangle shaped cover. So I had to order another one. That was day bed cover design 6. The 2nd time I ordered
the day bed cover design 13. Hopefully that one will fit.

On time, exactly what I ordered, made well. Fully recommend.
Where is it?
I had not trouble getting a phone call through to Covers&all, but I still haven't received this cover even though FedEx stated it was delivered...not necessarily the fault of Covers&all, but maybe they should use a different delivery company.

I should have given them a side to side measurement with an inch or two wiggle room. I had difficulty getting the cover on my daybed because I gave them exact measurements. The cover was so tight that getting the 4 th corner in place was very difficult.
