I paid $500 for their top notch product, it is extremely thin but this is your highest quality product, your lightest one must be like Saran wrap.
The overall design and fit is really good, The last time I bought one from you it was way thicker.
I probably won't buy this product from you again.

Measured twice and received an absolutely perfect fit. The zipper is covered with a rubber gasket so should be a breeze to open in the spring. Great material quality and construction. Definitely no worries how our Hot Tub will be cared for this winter.

Didn't want a rubber cover that is heavy and clumsy. I'm a 81 year female living alone.
Didn't find that information in the description. Have emailed asking for a refund. A week later have no response.
