Custom hanging egg chair cover
Highly recommend Covers & All, the team designed and made a wonderful cover for my outdoor chair. The weather proof material is excellent and the shape meets all my requirements.

It requires a lot of measuring but end product if fabulous and fits great.
Poor communication for the specifics you needed
Not good at making a custom cover. I had to cancel the order. I gave all the specs requested and then they needed the same specs I sent all over again.

The fabric is thin and flexible enough that it's easy to lift on and off, but thick enough to feel good value and that it will last a good few years. Great fit and I'm very happy.

I am disappointed with product it is of quality made however it does not fit my normal size egg chair it is not long enough to cover whole basket.As my chair is outside need a cover that fits.

Swing chair cover nightmare
Ordered a cover for my chair in early May, tried several times to confirm how to measure because it was not clear on the site. Because of Covid, no response from customer service. Finally got a reply by email, sent pictures, still can't speak to anyone. Long story short when it arrived in June, it didn't fit.
Called and spoke to a representative, they finally answered. They said they would take care of it and admitted the instructions were vague. Then I get an email saying it was my fault and want to charge me an additional $200 to redo the cover. Several call later and many, many long hold times and no responses to email. I talked to someone in CS that said they will redo the cover but change me the difference and that they are on schedule and it wouldn't take much longer. Here it is July 4th weekend and still no cover! No response to my emails and when I call hold times are greater then 20 mins. I give up. Terrible communication and customer service. Will not use this company again!
