Confusion on the measurements. Needed clarification on how much would be added to the height of the cover. Turned out to be too much. I'm going to make it work because I have to.

The numerous emails back and forth were exhausting and unnecessary. Felt with more than one person, had the order cancelled twice. ( maybe I confused them by asking to change the color, IDK) in the end, the covers were delivered and are doing as expected. For the price, the quality is thinner than expected.

I ordered 7 different covers and received the wrong color. I have been referred to their escalation
I have purchased many covers from Covers & All and their products are usually very good quality. However they changed the color grey from a light blue-grey to a very dark grey (almost black) without mentioning this change in color in their website. I will find out if they will be standing behind their mistake or be ignoring my complaint.
