Custom Pouffe Ottoman Cover
I wanted a cover that would fit my pouffe style ottoman to allow it to be used outside. The Belenos cushion fabric is much lighter than expected and won't withstand being left outside on the balcony so will have to be brought in between uses which is disappointing. Previous cushions covers I have ordered are made with much heavier fabric that seems more water resistant. This is the only reason I've rated it 4 stars instead of 5 as it fits the pouffe perfectly. This was an online custom order and a staff member was in touch to confirm that what they were making was indeed what I wanted — I appreciated that personal follow-up.

Paid for priority shipping but it was not delivered as promised. Disappointing. Also, the black netting covers too much of the cushion so it shows in the front of the chair. I would not order from the company again

Quality custom cushions
Very pleased with the quality of the fabric, foam & workmanship of the round chair cushions. They arrived quickly as well. I had not asked for a warranty but was billed for one. When I called, the issue was dealt with immediately.
