At first I was resigned to the fact that due to to odd shape of my outdoor fireplace I would have to make some compromises with the cover. However when they contacted me to confirm the measurements I decided to give them the exact dimensions. Whilst response times were not that fast during our dialogue I was confident in the end that the cover provided would be what I needed with even a mock-up drawing for final confirmation. Production and shipping times were very quick. End result, I love the cover, fits perfectly, great quality. Would definitely recommend!

This was a complex shape and there was a fair bit of correspondence with the designer but worth it for the product. I'm really pleased with the result in terms of fit, finish and quality of materials. Excellent cover. I will use Covers&all again and would recommend them highly, just be clear about what you need and I'm sure they will be able to help.

The cover fits like a glove and they even suggested a work around for an exposed gas supply line. Good company for sure.Super happy with it!

I would like to say that the replacement cover fit properly, however not getting it right on the first order could of been avoided with a quality review process. Regardless thanks for the product, lets see if it survives the Canadian winter. Cheers

I've never used covers and all before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Sometimes when you buy stuff online it's 'alright'. However. The barbecue cover from covers an all exceeded all my expectations, from initial ordering to checking measurements and delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Quality doesn't seem to be there like in other products I've ordered. Some of the seams are not very strong, minimally sewn with little material, not sure how long it will last. Time will tell.

You refuse to admit that you made a mistake on one of the measurements I gave. I am not sure if the one of the other measurements I gave was incorrect or you used the default measurement that was in place. There is absolutely no way I was off 3+ inches on an 8" measurement
