Customer Service has been difficult to deal with
I specified during the order the size of the logo that I wanted printed on the cover. The size that was printed has half of what I specified. The second issue is the description of the cover is very misleading. The description says "Tie-down Straps" and then after that it will say "Elastic". To me this is confusing. If you are going to state tie-down straps than install tie down straps.

Fits nicely and covers the fairlead as well. Will wait to see how it survives a couple of winters and summer sun.
Perfect fit
I got this for a winch mounted on my tractor and I am satisfied with the fit and quality of the cover. The strong elastic at the bottom makes for a snug fit and the material seems durable. Time will tell. I thought the price was very fair for a custom stitched cover and I would order again.

The size of the cover I needed was irregular since I wanted it to cover not only my 12,000 lb winch, but also the carrier tray as well. Using their custom sizing app was a breeze, and I am extremely happy with the quality and cost (about 1/3 of the cost from other sources) of my new winch cover! Since they make covers for practically anything, I will definitely be a returning customer the next time I need a cover for something!
