Covers and All was perfect
What I ordered was exactly what I needed
Good product but very misleading discount offers!
The Covers&All product is very good overall, however, after receiving multiple discount offers via email and text, I have concluded the discount offers are either fake, or at least misleading. My cover was redesigned after the designers applied incorrect measurements. I was therefore forced to pay extra (without the original 20%-25% discount offered. No explanation was offered when I questioned this!

Custom size order failed because of their website
We put our custom size chimnea cover order, and paid. Somehow company website took the size numbers as their regular size. Now they are asking an extra fee for making our size. We did not make the mistake but they are not accepting that

Took a while to get designed and to get them to understand what I wanted. But very happy with end product.

This is my third custom cover purchase and each time the customer service to insure the right fit was terrific. This product is far superior to patio covers that I have purchased in the past from other companies. I will be purchasing additional items.

Perfect cover for my Chimenea
The cover is great and fits well. I also bought the elastic toggles to tighten the bottom of the cover. These were disappointing, hence 4 out of 5.
