Not waterproof
Bought this product to place over a hot tub to keep the rain off and it's very porous. We bought the four sided custom cover, measured and re measured several times, but still doesn't appear to be tight enough.

Custom size shade sail
It is perfect. Exactly as I ordered it and they even added a few extra hooks to connect it im the middle. I couldn't be happier.
Too Small
Despite the back-and-forth, the sail size failed to meet the desired coverage. It's too small. I was convinced to do curved edges to have more taunt edges, but that didn't happen and it drastically reduced the desired cover area.
Custom size to our exact measurements
The sun shade sail was made exactly to our measurements but the service took a lot longer than we anticipated.

Ordered it in time for a trip to the keys, however it didn't arrive until a week after promised. They had to confirm the dimensions twice which took couple hours for me to respond but it still took entire week longer to receive the tarp.
The tarp itself I received is very nice quality in the dimensions were correct.
Awesome to get a custom-sized product
Received a great product. The color I got has a nice slight silver tone to it. Seems really strong and sturdy.
I wish there was a little more clarity in the dimensions regarding what you enter versus what you get in relation to the mounting hardware you use. I wasn't sure if I was entering to mention of the end product or dimensions of the space/furthest mounting points.
Very Disappointed with the sun shade sail.
The sun shade sail supplied in our opinion is not fit for purpose. It was advertised as giving 85% to 90% shade from the sun and weatherproof, NO IT'S NOT! The shade is so thin that it lets the sun shine through and is so bright that it gives no protection from the UV rays. As for the weatherproofing, the first rain went straight through within seconds soaking our patio chairs and covers. Covers for All UK should accept the sun shade sail back and refund me as the product does not meet the required standards advertised.
Great shade and service
We purchased a custom size
Coversandall shade, several years ago. Being in the Arizona sun and wind it started to tear. It was so easy to get another one, they keep all your measurements on file. We upgraded from the basic to the mid grade one this time. We are very pleased with their products and service

Made to specific dimensions in a trapezoid shape, rather than a square or rectangle, the sunscreen works well on site
Made to measure sail works perfectly
After uploading my measurements I received a sample diagram for review. After confirming that I was happy with it my design went into production. Communication did drop off during this period, but I eventually got the product (a day later than quoted). The sail fits perfectly - all edges are strong and robust and the fixings appear very strong. Overall I'm extremely happy with the service offered.
Great deal
Great product, as far as I can tell, especially for the price. The only hiccup was that I was unsure whether my measurements needed to include space for the attachments. Covers&All was highly responsive and helpful in figuring that out and adjusting my measurements after I ordered, so all good.
