Looks solid
I live in Montreal, Canada where temperatures can go down to -25C/-30F. It's my first winter with the cover. It is surviving the rain, snow and ice. I grill in the winter so I put the cover on and off regularly. What I particularly like is its size; most are tight all around which makes it hard to take off without rubbing the sides and metal parts, and eventually making them rip everywhere. This cover is large, doesn't get rigid and less malleable in the winter making it less prone to tears. I'm happy with my purchase.

A good quality cover with a choice of materials and colours. A good fit. Photo shows covered BBQ but note that the creases from the packaging haven't dropped out yet. This is the third cover I've bought for garden kit and am very happy.

Although delivery took ages, the order process was very straightforward, the cover was reasonably priced, and when it arrived, it was of much better quality than I expected. I feel it will be a lot more durable than my original Weber one, which eventually cracked and fell apart from exposure to rain and sun. This new one is attractive and looks far more waterproof. I like the choice of colours, too!

Much better quality and fit than Weber's own version. Will definitely buy from them again for other covers. Quite like the choice of colours too though a dark green would have been nice.

PERFECT! This is the second time I've used Covers & All and the company always does an excellent job!
Way to long, and way to big!
It took over 90 days to get my grill cover. Every time I called customer service after 30 days they would say next week it will ship. Come on, tell me the truth.
Then when grill cover came it was way to big for the grill even though they were given exact measurements. The quality of the material is great, too bad it's way to big and the customer service is terrible.
Buyer Beware ~ Pourly Fitting Cover
Let me start with what is right, their stuff is pretty good. I am having issues with the 4th cover I have bought from them. Another good thing (in the beginning) was Sam in the customer service department, he responded quickly, and he was trying hard to help, but just could not bring in home. After going around and around, many pictures and dimensions being shared, the response was "the dimension of the cover is what is on the website and it is the what you received" I responded "I did not measure my Weber Performer, nor did I look at the dimensions. You have a picture of my exact grill on your website and the cover looks great."I ordered it. It came 4 weeks late, which I was not notified until I called 2 weeks after I should have received it asking for an ETA then they leveled with me. I understand the world is upside down all I would of like was a little notification, don't hide. I get their many emails telling me about their sales. I digressed, I left Sam with a very simple question, "Why does the cover on the website, not look like the cover sent to me"? That was 6 days ago with 2 follow up emails asking for the answer to my question. The most effective marketing is simply take care of the customers you already have new ones cost a lot of money to obtain.
