Great person used service
I ordered a bespoke cover for a half dome caged couch. I sent off the measurements and the great staff contacted me several times to ensure my measurements were correct and to refine the design of the cover. Only when we were. It's shoot did the crest my cover. It arrived and fitted beautifully. Welll made and sturdy.

The cover is good looking with solid material. It did not quite fit despite me entering the exact dimensions. But it covers 95% of the day bed.

Attention to detail getting the correct measurments before actually making the product was excellent. Product seems robust, only time will tell.
We are really happy with our new daybed cover!
The process was a bit tedious with back and forth to absolutely determine the dimensions of our odd sized furniture item, but of course with a custom-make it is important to get it right so I understand why. Staff were patient and very helpful with prompt and easy communication. Would use them again.

Custom Lounge covers
We love the custom covers we ordered for our lounge chairs and double lounger. They are a nice quality and fit perfect. There are nice tie down for use during storms.
They took about a month longer than when I first ordered. The only disappointment was they were made in India. I had selected the company because on their website they had stated made in America.

Can't get it to fit
I measure the furniture way they told me to. They said that they would add 1-2 inches to make sure it fits OVER the day bed. It doesn't. Now they are making me jump through hoops to try to measure again and send them photos. But it is impossible to measure this the way they ask! Be careful
Nice product but doesn't fit
The product is of very high quality but after going back and forth with the specs for what o needed to cover, outdoor daybed, it does not fit over it. It appears to be short by 5 inches.
I'm heartbroken because it was hit cheap and now I cannot use it for what I needed it for.

Sorry can't give a better
Sorry can't give a better review but when I ordered this product i asked for the cover for the hood of my day bed NOT a cover for the actual day bed. Sorry I can't give you a better review so disappointed regards Paul
