These covers are the perfect fit for my Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture chairs at a fraction of the cost of the RH ones. Perfect fit, easy ordering process, material is sturdy and looks like it will hold up forever. Very happy with my purchase.

Received perfectly fitting covers based on self provided exact measurement of the furniture. Snug fit with enough slack to fit over furniture which means little danger of it blowing off in windy conditions. Good quality material. Fully recommend.
Quality great but they were made way too big
I carefully measured but the covers are more than an inch or two larger than the chairs. They are more like 5-6 inches too wide and long. I would appreciate this being corrected.
Fit
After multiple back-and-forth emails confirming dimensions and the 2" buffer I felt the custom fit was way too loose based on expectations. I would really have expected a nice fitted and profiled fit of the cover to the piece of furniture. It was nowhere close. Impression is that there wasn't anything custom about the cover.

Only suggestion would be to have the draw strings at the bottom slide to tighten easier as they are quite stiff

Great product, but does not appear to have extra 2 inches as I was told.
I like the fabric and the style very much. My only disappointment was that I understood that there would be a 2 inch addition to the measurements. I counted on this extra fabric. Getting the covers on & off are more of a challenge than expected because they are a bit tight.

After reading some of the reviews about issues with the measurements/sizes, and resolution problems when there were issues, I'd pretty much figured I might have wasted a lot of money. The wait was as expected for a made to measure item, and once constructed, the shipping was quick (Fedex all the way from India to my back door- signature required). Given my expectations, I was totally taken aback, and thrilled, with the covers for all of my patio furniture! They fit to a tee, and the construction, and material, is sturdy and better than I expected. I'm completely happy with my furniture covers!
