Excellent service & initial impression of quality
Cover fits very well, significantly less cost than Article branded cover and looks/feels solid. So, looks like good value. Time will tell if it holds up to constant UV and Canadian winter but very happy so far.
Great covers quick delivery
It was really easy to understand the measurements needed. Saves me sanding back the wooden parts of my garden set. A friend recommended these as they've had there's for over 3 years and I'm so glad I listed. You spend lots on your outside furniture so they need to be protect well. Was delivered a week before the expected date

The process is a bit "long" because at each step we have to confirm the measurements and the sketch sent. However, it was worth it because it arrived perfect, it seems to be of very good quality and the service is impeccable! I highly recommend it!

The customer service was attentive and detailed focused. It certainly helps that you get a 3D mockup of your order and are asked to check the sizes.The Cover Max material in grey is good quality and fits well. All in all (and considering it was shipped from India) the turnaround was acceptable

Great service from design to delivery
The measurement and design process was seamless. I needed to make a minor adjustment which was very easy to do. Production and delivery was very quick and, most importantly, the cover fits my sofa perfectly and protects it from all weather conditions. The material is heavy-weight and instills confidence. I will still bring cushions inside in winter but I can keep them perfectly dry for the whole spring to autumn season now.

The timing was great, the quality as well. We were a little apprehensive to order this way not trusting the measurements would be correct, but they are and we are entirely satisfied.

Appalling customer service
Ordered custom size L shaped sofa cover. The design was incorrect despite providing accurate measurements, after weeks and weeks of back and forth with the design team they admitted it's a flaw in their design software and I needed to supply even more measurements. We eventually got there almost 3 months later, the cover does fit but it took over 6 hours on the phone and about 40 emails to resolve!

I'm very happy with how it turned out. I appreciated the follow-up questions to make sure it would come out right. I am placing my sofa in the corner of a deck so if I was doing it again I would reconsider having the elastic on the corner that goes around the back of the middle. Currently I have to move the sofa out to get the elastic down around the back completely.

It's a very good quality cover which should hopefully last however despite providing precise measurements and specifically requesting the excess they automatically add is restricted to a maximum of 5cm, it ended up being too big by at least 6 inches on both ends. We live in a very exposed area and suffer extreme winds repeatedly so wanted it to be a snug fit but that didn't happen.

So pleased with the custom cover we received. Fits perfectly, easy to put on and take off. Material is waterproof and durable.
