Sloppy Product Workmanship & Exasperating Customer Service
The kayak cover I received is decent enough, however, one of the straps is sewn on backwards. I sent them three photos showing the issue, which they seemed to ignore and they just kept sending me a canned email requesting a photo of the tag and a video. I sent a photo of the tag along with the three original photos. Soon I received another duplicate canned email and later I received a voice message from someone with very broken english whom I could not even understand. So I just responded to the last email and told them to forget it and I would just deal with the issue myself.

Fab custom design for my paddle board cover
Almost a custom fit.
Bought this cover as a temporary fix for having to leave my 16foot Alden rowing shell outdoors for the winter. I'm amazed at the quality of construction and the materials used. The zipper looks and seals like my dry suit zipper. The fabric is much heavier than I expected. Reinforcing straps in all the right places. And for an "off the shelf " kayak cover, it fits perfectly. Looks like it was custom made.

Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. I ordered the wrong size covers and asked to exchange them for a larger size and they essentially told me through email that it's my mistake and they can't do anything about it. Their customer support can do better with accommodating the customer.

I have many covers from this great company and all are fantastic. I would have preferred this one to be in a wider choice of fabrics, one perhaps more durable as I will be leaving my Kayak outside in all seasons. Also, more granular size options would have been good as I have an annoying 6" spare at each end.
It's still probably the best kayak cover available.

The cover does exactly what I want. It seemed a little short for the matched 13.5' kayak but I had no problems getting it on and seated properly. It would be nice if it covered the bottom side of the kayak completely for full sun protection from any angle.

We ordered our cover for a hobie outrigger canoe, we were quoted over $1,100 to have one made. This one while a little bit on the large side is perfect and very well made.

The kayak cover(s) fit kayaks perfectly! So easy to slip the boat in the cover. The zipper is well placed and very sturdy. The straps are heavy duty and ensure a snug fit. Also the storage pouch that comes with them is a nice bonus!
