Well Made Cushion but Zipper in wrong location
This is the second time I have ordered and the second time the zipper was put in the wrong location. This time it was put along the side so wraps around the front and back of the cushion and so is visible on the front of my chair cushion. I thought I had communicated well where I wanted it in my notes before signing off on the drawing, but they defaulted to their standard. The same thing happened the first time I ordered a window bench cushion which was a T- shape. They put the zipper along the longest side which is the side that faces out instead in towards the window. I do think their workmanship and fabric is very good. I'm just frustrated that I once again ended up with a product that is not quite right.They only offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to order a new one which isn't even as much as the discount in some of their promotional emails.
