Deceptive practices
I gave exact dimensions of my countertop and their "i" information icon says they would add 1" to 2" to these dimensions to assure a good fit. Little did I know that further in the fine print they do NOT add and extra inch to the most important measurement to the cover which would ensure a snug fit that would prevent the cover from coming off in any inclement weather. I'd rather a tight fit on the width and depth but the height is the most important measurement to secure the cover to anything! My consolation prize was 20% off my next order. No thank you! If you want repeat customers, change your wording on your website or make things right by providing a good fitting cover. I am very patient with companies when it comes to miscommunications but in my opinion, they are sorely misinforming their customers if they are not adding leeway on all of the measurements provided. Why add leeway for 2 of only 3 measurements? Does that make any sense whatsoever? I'm not an engineer but given my experience of making my own covers and now ordering covers, you want to have add leeway for all measurements, the most important of all the measurements you provide should be for the "height" which will help secure the cover to the top. Oh well, lesson learned. I won't be ordering from this company again.
