Terrible Experience
I ordered ottoman covers with elastic. The top was perfect BUT they made the elastic too tight and they would NOT go on. First I chatted with their customer service team THEN I had to send pictures. The pics made it clear there was an issue. Then they wanted a VIDEO that wouldn't send due to file size! It's has been a nightmare. I ordered 5 other covers totaling 1K that need cancelled due to this mess. Buyer beware

The cover is nearly unusable. You didn't add 2 inches.

Better than expected
Color and size were correct. Was happy to see that ends had strap handles and pocket, even though not needed. We ordered stitching and it came out great as well. Very pleased with the results

Having viewed the photo of the table i wanted a cover for, Covers & all came back to me requesting additional measurements. This ensured that the cover fitted as if it had been supplied with the table. Definitely recommend.

Material and quality not as expected
The material is a rubbery plastic that is hard. The quality is not as expected. The size was as expected and fits good. It has weird "pockets" on the sides that are sewn upside down, and apparently are for ventilation. That makes no sense because the bottom of the cover is open and already provides ventilation.
Not all.what we expected
We were expecting fabric covers with zippers. Instead we received a vinyl like cover with draw strings.
