Incorrect size
Tried to raise a ticket on this as the item did not fit but found the system very confusing
T Shape cushion made to special dimensions!
The cushion I ordered was a bit of a challenge, there was some tricky dimensions as the space I needed it for was an irregular built!

Ordered 11 custom replacement covers for our patio furniture. Customer service was excellent - forwarding renditions with zipper location etc. They actually questioned a couple of my measurements preventing me from receiving incorrect covers. I would highly recommend this company. Price was excellent and material much better than original!

I couldn't believe how difficult it was to find just replacement covers to fit cushions. I ordered one set just to see the quality and fit of the covers. I followed the measurement instructions provided and uploaded a picture of the cushion. Quick turnaround time. Definitely will order for the other cushions that need new covers. Wish there were more colors to choose from but happy that I found replacement covers that weren't going to cost a fortune to replace.

The customer service rep worked very diligently to make sure that the requested size, shape and zipper position was exactly as requested before releasing it to be made. Once completed. It was shipped very timely and looks great.
